Wir suchen einen Nachmieter für unsere schöne Wohnung in Steinhausen. Das gesamte Gebäude wurde erst letztes Jahr komplett renoviert und wir waren die ersten Mieter. Die Wohnung ist toll und bietet:
- 3,5 Zimmer auf 90 Quadratmetern
- Eine schöne Küche mit einer Kücheninsel und Granitarbeitsplatten,
- 2 Bäder, eines mit Badewanne und eines mit begehbarer Dusche,
- Reduit mit eigener Waschmaschine und Tumbler,
- Eine offene und geräumige Loggia,
- Extra Stauraum im Keller.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem ruhigen Teil am Rande der Stadt, ist aber sehr gut erreichbar: sie ist umgeben von Hauptfahrradwegen, eine Bushaltestelle und Denner sind 5 Minuten zu Fuss entfernt, man kann in einer halben Stunde zum Seeufer laufen und das Stadtzentrum von Zug ist sowohl mit dem Auto als auch mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln in etwa 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Einzigartig ist auch die Möglichkeit, 2 Parkplätze zu mieten: einen in der Tiefgarage und einen im Freien.

We're looking for a new tenant for our beautiful apartment in Steinhausen. The entire building has just been fully renovated last year and we were the first tenants. The apartment is great and offers:
- 3.5 Rooms across 90 square meters
- A beautiful kitchen with a kitchen island and granite countertops,
- 2 bathrooms, one with a bathtub and one with a walk-in shower,
- Reduit with own washing machine and tumbler,
- An open and spacious loggia,
- Extra storage in basement.

The apartment is located in a quiet part just at the verge of the town, but is really accessible: it's surrounded by main bike lanes, a bus stop and Denner is a 5 minutes walk away, you can walk to the lakeside in half an hour and the city center of Zug can be reached with both car and public transport in around 10 minutes. There's also quite a unique option to rent 2 parking spots: one in the underground garage and one outside.
