The property has two large bedrooms, and one of them is available to rent from the 26th of April. Ideally, the room would be left furnished with the bed and the desk, but it would also be possible to empty it. The room also has a spacious cupboard for storage.
The apartment benefits from a large open plan living area with a balcony and seating, two bathrooms, and a well equipped kitchen with top of the range appliances. In the basement there is plenty of storage space and a private wash room with a washing machine and dryer. There is parking available which can be rented for an additional cost.
You would share the apartment with me, a 35 year old English guy with a good sense of humour. I like the apartment to be relatively clean and tidy but also relaxed - there will be no strict cleaning rotas here. I'm very laid back and easy going and hope to find an uncomplicated person with the same mindset to share the apartment with. To cook and share a meal or a drink together occasionally would be really nice, but I also respect privacy and personal space.
