Hi, my name is Fabian (m, 28) and I have been living in this apartment with my flatmate (w, 29) for almost 3 years. As she is moving in with her partner my goal is to find a new flatmate.

The flat has an insane location: Bhf Enge is reachable by foot in 10-15 mins and the lake is also within walking distance (5-10min). The flat has 3.5 rooms, a balcony towards the calm backside of the house, a dishwasher and cellar storage space. The room that we rent out is 13m2 (the building plan says even more). The furniture in the flat will be provided by me but you are welcome to add or deduct things😁 For your future room there is the possibility to take over a closet and a desk but besides that you can be fully creative on how to design your new home. The balcony is towards the south and we have sun until 16:00 in the summer.

The price is currently set at 1600 (brutto) but it might be a little more or less depending on how the agency prices it.

I have no preferences whatsoever. However you should have a good sense of humor and also be able to laugh at crazy ideas. Just contact us via the contact form.
