About the room:
The room is about 13sqm big, in the upper floor of a WG of 4 in Weiningen. The apartement consists of 4 rooms on 2 floors, 2 bathrooms, huge living room and 2 big corridor spaces, in one of which you also have space for extra furniture. We also have our own washing machine and dryer in the bigger bathroom, a small indoor space for motorcycles and bicycles, a cellar storage and a nice seating area in the garden. The apartement is situated in a cute, rural but still well connected town with lots of nice walking trails in the forest right by the house. Its also only 5mins by bus to the limmat, where you can go swimming.

2 farm stores - 8mins

The rent of about 740 includes 40 CHF for internet and electricity, which arrives every 3 months. The electricity bill can vary, but is usually somewhere around there.

About us:
We are all in our mid 20ies and working or studying nearby:
Anna from Ukraine, working as a Labtech and loves going out into nature on bike or on foot or just generally seeks little adventures outside;
Piotr from Poland, but has lived in Lausanne for +10 years, works in finance, does a lot of sport and dances Bachata; Ralph from Chile, starts his studies in game design soon, usually focused on developing his game or making art, recently also learning the guitar.

We are looking for:
Someone who enjoys partaking in the WG life, occasionally having dinner together or other activities, is Non-Smoker, easy going, and knows how to clean up after themselves and comfortable speaking english, because noone in the WG speaks german very well. We'd like to have another woman in the WG for balance, but we're open to all:)
