I'll be moving out of my flat on May 1st and am looking for someone to take over my room.

It's a 3-person flat located in Oerlikon. The available room is 12 m2. The flat is compact, but comfortable and perfectly livable.

Julius, a friendly and easygoing PhD student in economics

Xavier, who isn't around much

Note: The flat is best suited for heavy sleepers, as there can be some noise at night.
