Hello!
I'm looking for one roommate to share a 3.5-room flat located on Luegislandstrasse. The apartment is scheduled for renovation on January 32, 2026, though this has already been postponed for 2.5 years and may be extended further.
I'm a PhD student (39 y/o) in the field of artistic research in music and also a teacher. Ideally, I'm looking for a tidy, respectful, and non-partying roommate—someone who is mindful of shared spaces, cleanliness, and noise (like closing doors quietly, etc.).
We currently have a shared cleaning schedule every two weeks on the weekend to keep the common areas tidy.
If you're interested, please provide a short introduction about yourself, along with your current weekly schedule and cooking hobby. (a copy/paste application won't be considered.)

The flat is owned by WFS and is therefore available exclusively to students.

Deposit: One month's rent.
