I'm looking for a sublet to take over my room from May 1st to August 31st. It's a bright, spacious room with great views over the Hönggerberg campus. Potentially great if you write a lot of exams at Höngg this summer. The flat is also super friendly and well organized, it's always clean and everything is in stock. The rent is CHF 890.

Included are: the furniture in the pictures (minus the office chair), dishwasher, washing machines, space in the basement, a big kitchen and living room (both shared), and three bathrooms.

You must be a student at ETH Zurich to rent this room because it's in the Student Village on the Hönggerberg campus.
