Wir suchen eine neue Mitbewohner:in in unserer grossen, hellen Wohnung 6.5 Zimmer Wohnung in der Manegg. Von hier aus sind wir schnell im Grünen, am See und am Hauptbahnhof (11min). Wir teilen uns ein grosses Esszimmer mit offener Küche und grossem Esstisch, eine grosse Stube mit Fernseher, eine Loggia, zwei Bäder und ein Réduit. Im Haus gibt es zudem eine grosszügige Dachterrasse zum sünnele oder Ping-Pong spielen, Gemeinschaftsräume für Feste, zum Werken oder Velo flicken, ein Carsharing, Gästezimmer, einen Bioladen und Café und vieles mehr. Dein künftiges Zimmer ist ab sofort frei, 15.1 m2 gross und kostet 727.25 CHF. Dazu kommen jährlich ca. 500 CHF für Strom, Wasser, Hausverein, Hausratsversicherung, Internetabo und TV Gebühren, sowie einmalig 3000 CHF für die Mitgliedschaft in der Genossenschaft.

Wir sind zwischen 35 und 38 Jahre alt und wohnen seit bald acht Jahren in der Wohnung. Wir hören gerne Platten, gehen zusammen an Konzerte, schauen gute Filme, politisieren/philosophieren, teilen uns ein Gemüseabo und kochen gerne zusammen. Aber die eigentlichen Hauptcharaktere in unserer Wohnung sind unsere zwei Katzen :)

Wir suchen eine nette, unkomplizierte Mitbewohner:in, die/der sich wenn möglich vorstellen könnte längerfristig mit uns zu wohnen. WG-Erfahrung und Bereitschaft für Engagement im Hausverein wären super. Wir freuen uns dich kennenzulernen :)

We're looking for a new flatmate to join us in our large, bright 6.5-room apartment in Manegg. From here, it's quick to get into nature, to the lake, and to the main train station (11 minutes). We share a spacious dining room with an open kitchen and a large dining table, a big living room with a TV, a loggia (enclosed balcony), two bathrooms, and a storage room. The building also offers a generous rooftop terrace for sunbathing or playing ping pong, communal spaces for parties, DIY projects, or fixing bikes, a car-sharing service, guest rooms, an organic grocery store/café, and much more.
Your future room is available immediately, is 15.1 m2 in size, and costs 727.25 CHF. In addition, there are yearly costs of around 500 CHF for electricity, water, the housing cooperative association, household insurance, internet, and TV fees, plus a one-time 3,000 CHF fee for membership in the cooperative.
We're between 35 and 38 years old and have been living in the apartment for almost eight years. We enjoy listening to records, going to concerts together, watching good films, discussing politics and philosophy, sharing a vegetable subscription, and cooking together. But the real main characters in our home are our two cats :)
We're looking for a friendly, easy-going flatmate who can ideally imagine living with us long-term. Some shared living experience and a willingness to get involved in the housing cooperative would be great. We look forward to meeting you! :)
