You should be JUWO eligible (less than 28 years old, a student, intern with income max. CHF 30'000 per year). This is a JUWO building and it will be demolished in 30th of June. It is a big, bright room on the ground floor. You will be sharing the house with 2 other people. The house has a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet. You can also use the free washing machines on the basement. It is well-located, next to the Güterbahnof station (tram 8 and bus 31), very close to the Hardbrücke train station and 20 min away from ETH with public transport. I ideally want to sell all my furniture for 200 fr (2 office chairs, 1 big drawer, 1 big table for studying, a small coffee table, a big wardrobe, a 140x200 bed and a nightstand).
