Room

I am offering to sublet my sunny room from May 1st with the possibility of extending the contract with the main landlady - Tanja - from September onwards. The price includes all utilities (fast internet, heating, electricity, water) as well as the rent of the furniture. The furniture includes includes a bed and mattress (not in the picture), a glass table, a small metal table, drawers, chair, table lamp, and a big mirror.

Location

Located on Rorschacher Strasse, with a 5-minute walk to Singenberg or Theater bus stations. The University of St.Gallen is less than a kilometre away (around 20 minutes on foot) and accessible by changing a bus in the city centre once.

The room offers a nice view (direction of Drei Weieren) and gets a lot of sun from morning till the afternoon.

Tenants

The WG houses 4 people - Andrej (me - moving out), Best (exchange student - moving out), Julia (young professional), and Elias (student).

Miscellaneous

Overall, a very chill WG with a flexible cleaning schedule decided upon moving in. The living room, kitchen, two balconies and two bathrooms are shared by the tenants who often cook together or hang out in the living room ;)
