We are looking for a 4th person to join our shared flat! The room is 14.0 m2 and is the first from the left in the apartment plan. It will be available from 01.06.25 for 1170 CHF/month. The room is mostly furnished.

The 5.5 rooms apartment is on the 5th floor of the recently built Letzi Turm. In addition to the 126 m2 main living area, the flat has a 10 m2 balcony, a private washing room (on the same floor) with a washing machine and a tumbler, and a cellar. The building is right over a bus 31 stop (15 minutes to get to HB), a 5 minute walk from tram 2, and a few bus stops away from both the Hardbrücke and the Altstetten train stations. Right next to the building there are supermarkets, gyms, restaurants, the Letzipark mall.

You would be sharing the flat with Gabriella (26F), Himan (28M) and Federico (28M), and we have been living together for more than 2 years! We like to do activities together and have people over, so this is not just a "purpose" (zweck) apartment. Additionally, we are all into practicing sports, so if you want to play something or train at the gym together we probably got you covered.

You should be open-minded, respectful of the other flatmates, responsible about the rent and bills payments. We value a lot being CLEAN and taking care of the common spaces without constant reminders. Additionally, you should not be a regular smoker.
