Hello! My flatmate will move away from Zurich, and his room in our shared flat becomes available from 1st of May on.

The flat has 3.5 rooms on roughly 70m2 and is located in Kreis 4, very close to Lochergut and Bullingerplatz. It is situated on the 4th floor on a quiet (30km/h zone) street and has beautiful parquet floors, high ceilings and a small balcony. There is access to a shared rooftop terrace.

You will share the flat with me, Alessandro. I am italian, 32 y.o. And speak French and English. I like climb and spend time in the mountains, or in music and art events. I define myself kind, very open, respectuful and social. I am looking for someone around my age and with similiar qualities :))

The flat is fully furnished, however my flatmate will take some furnitures with him later. In the room to rent, there is a bed and matress, matching sideboards, a wardrobe as well as lighting; bed and matress will go away in June, the other furniture is up for sale – we can discuss!

Also, the new person should also have
– valid work contract
– valid residence permit
