Everybody is busy doing their stuff so we are looking for someone who is independant. Non-smoker please. No pets.

Public transport:
Train Station Stettbach is a 5 min walk, from there you can take the train to Stadelhofen (5 min) and from there you can take the tram to the ETH / university (10 min). (Train Station Stettbach is in the Zone 110)

Included in the rent are all the flat bills. There is also a professional weekly cleaning of the common areas included. Total rent is 1600, no additional costs. (only serafe is not included must be paid by all the tenants together-about 90 francs per person per year)

1 year contract. Start 01.September 2025. If you need to move out before the end of the 1 year contract, thats fine. It is your responsibilty to find a new tenant for the remaining months of the contract. Possibilty to stay longer.

Room 4 is rented out to a chinese student (male). Rooms 1, 2, 3 are available and are 1600 each.
