Die Lage ist top: Nur 5 Gehminuten vom Morgental entfernt und in unmittelbarer Nähe zu Migros, Denner, Aldi, Coop, der Post und einer Apotheke.
Die Verbindung in die Stadt ist hervorragend: Die Tramlinie 7 befindet sich ganz in der Nähe und bringt dich direkt zum Paradeplatz und zum HB Zürich.
Es besteht eventuell die Möglichkeit, die Wohnung danach zu übernehmen.

I'm subletting my beautiful, fully furnished 59m² 2-room flat in Wollishofen from May 1st to August 31st, 2025. The apartment is bright and cozy, and comes with two small balconies.
The location is ideal: just a 5-minute walk from Morgental, and very close to Migros, Denner, Aldi, Coop, the post office, and a pharmacy.
Public transport connections are excellent: the tram 7 stop is nearby and takes you straight to Paradeplatz and Zürich HB.
There may be a possibility to take over the apartment after the sublet period.
