Sie besitzt einen grösseren Balkon gegen den Innenhof und einen kleineren gegen die Strasse. Das Wlan ist im Mietpreis mit einberechnet. Die Waschküche befindet sich im Keller des Hauses und wird von allen Parteien mitbenutzt. Hunde sind erlaubt, sofern sie keinen Lärm machen.

I am renting out my partly furnished duplex apartment in the quiet Neubad quarter, as I will be moving to Zurich due to my job. The apartment is suitable for a single person or a couple. It has a larger balcony facing the inner courtyard and a smaller one facing the street. Wifi is included in the rent. The laundry room is located in the basement of the house and is shared by all parties. Dogs are allowed as long as they do not make noise.
