In the bathroom there are a washing machine and a tumble dryer.

In close proximity, runs the train S10 and the buses 89 and 73 (Schweighof), as well as the trams 14 and 9 (Schaufelbergerstrasse).
There are also two Coop, one Denner and one Migros within a 5-10 minute walk.
