Appartement à louer - 8134 Adliswil, Grütstrasse 37

Hi all,
I will be away for an internship abroad, and subletting my flat in *May*.

The apartment is fully furnished and includes a fully equiped kitchen (dishwasher, pots, pans, plates, cutlery, ...), a bathroom with bath and washing+drying machine, a TV (chromecast/HDMI/internet; no cable), and large balcony with launge chair with direct sunlight until mid afternoon.

It is 50 meters away from bus stop Adliswil Ahornweg, with ~30min connections to HB every 15-30 minutes. The nearest supermarket is a 5min walk to Aldi, or 10mins to Coop/Migros in Adliswil. Biking to Zurich center is around 30 minutes as well. I can offer bikes if needed.

The area is mostly quiet, and there are multiple parks/forests within 10 minutes walking.

There are quite some plants throughout the apartment.

The price includes all utilities, including heating, water, electricity, and high speed internet.
