Our fully furnished, charming apartment in the heart of the Old Town is now available for rent for a minimum duration of 12 months. Situated in a beautiful historic building with plenty of character, this 3.5-room home is spread over two floors, with a balcony on each level. The bathroom and kitchen are only a few years old and come equipped with state-of-the-art appliances, including a steamer and an induction stove.
On the lower floor, you'll find a spacious kitchen with room for a large dining table, a guest toilet, and a living room featuring a cozy fireplace, plus a balcony. The upper floor offers two bedrooms—one of which includes a small walk-in closet—a modern bathroom fitted with a washing machine and tumble dryer, access to the attic, and a second balcony.
Despite its very central location, the apartment is situated on a traffic-calmed street, ensuring a peaceful atmosphere. Additional highlights include numerous built-in wardro-bes, a small cellar, a spacious attic, and an elevator that goes directly into the apartment. Due to its prime location in the Old Town and District 1, there are neither parking spaces nor a blue zone.
This apartment is offered fully furnished with all the pieces shown in the photos-some of which are high-end (for example, our couch costs as much as a small car ;)). Please note that additional electronic appliances (e.g., coffee machine, Thermomix, toaster) are not included, except for the TV, while Internet and cable TV services can be transferred. Move-in date ideally should be 1. of July or 1. of August, but we can be flexible.
We are looking for a tenant who is easygoing, reliable, and clean, and who will take good care of the furniture.
