Die Zimmer sind sehr hell, ruhig und haben alle Holzboden. Die Küche ist modern gestaltet. Es gibt 2 Badezimmer in der Wohnung. Kabel-TV, WLAN vorhanden. Ueber dem Apartment befindet sich ein ca. 80 qm grosses Esstrichabteil, welches ebenfalls zur Wohnung gehoert.

Der angegebene monatliche Mietpreis inkl. Nebenkosten und bezieht sich auf die leere Wohnung. Gerne koennen Sie einen Teil meiner bestehenden Moebel laut Bilder zu einer sehr geringen Abloese uebernehmen.

Sofern die Dachterrasse sowie das Esstrichabteil ueber der Wohnung nicht benoetigt wird, besteht die Moeglichkeit dies komplett oder teilweise unterzuvermieten. Es gibt dafuer einen Interessenten im Haus.

The 3.5-room apartment (86 sqm) on the top floor of the building, with a balcony and additional roof terrace, is very centrally located in Zurich's District 6. The apartment is very centrally located with good connections to public transport, the ETH university, the main train station and the airport.

The rooms are very bright, quiet, and all have wooden floors. The kitchen is modern. There are two bathrooms in the apartment. Cable TV and Wi-Fi are available. Above the apartment there is an approximately 80 sqm attic compartment, which also belongs to the apartment.

The quoted rental price incl. partly utilities (excl. electricity, TV-WIFI) and refers to the empty apartment. There is an opportunity that you can take over part of my existing furniture (as shown in the pictures) for a very small price.

f the roof terrace and the attic above the apartment are not needed, it is possible to sublet them in whole or in part. There is someone in the building interested in this.
