Since I have found another place to move in together with my partner, I am looking for someone to take over my sublease contract.

The apartment is for one person only, and it includes a spacious living room with a sofa bed (no separate bedroom), a separate kitchen, and a bathroom. It also comes with a garage space where you can park a bike, motorbike or a small car (like a Fiat 500, no bigger. The garage is included in the sublease contract so you would have to take it even if you don't plan to use it; same with the furniture). The washing machine and dryer are shared with the other residents in the building.
The monthly costs are as follows:

• Apartment: 1,339 CHF (Nebenkosten included)
• Garage: 125 CHF
• Furniture: 131 CHF
• Total: 1,595 CHF

I have lived here for almost two years and have been very happy. The neighborhood is calm and safe, with a beautiful, large forest just a few meters away. The nearest tram station (Letzistrasse) and supermarkets are within a 10-minute walking distance.

The sublease contract has no fixed end date. I will pre-select a few candidates and then forward their information to my sublandlord, who will be responsible for choosing the most suitable person (mostly based on the annual income, so you will be asked for an employment contract).
