Single room for rent - 3626 Hünibach, Zedtwitzweg

I am looking for two new roommates starting in early August, the room in the ad is for one of them.

I am a student at the PH, 23 years old, enjoy climbing and rowing, and am a big fan of everything with snow :-) I am looking for roommates in roughly my age group (but that is not a criterion for exclusion). I am a cozy and uncomplicated person who likes to have movie nights or play something in between, and if that is also of interest to you, even better!

The apartment is rented indefinitely and roommates will be included as solidarity tenants in the contract. Long-term living is desired!

Details about the apartment: The room is about 10sqm large, the second room for rent is slightly larger. The rent varies slightly depending on the size of the room. The specified living area refers to the personal room plus common areas. The room is rented unfurnished.

The apartment has a dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, TV, balcony, storage rooms in the basement and attic, and a shared laundry and drying room in the basement (shared with other tenants). Wi-Fi is available and can be used for a small additional fee (5.-/month), but it is not mandatory.

Location: Migros, Denner, Coop, bakery, drugstore, and bus stop Hünibach Chartreuse all reachable within 3-5 minutes on foot, Thun train station in 10-15 minutes by bus or bike. Ländte Hünibach with swimming area and nice weather café just around the corner.
