From 01.07. or by arrangement, a subtenant is sought for a large room in a beautiful, light-flooded 2.5-room apartment (approx. 69sqm) in the heart of Zurich.

About the apartment & WG:
This is a shared apartment - you rent a large, bright room (approx. 24sqm) in the 2.5-room apartment. You share the remaining rooms such as kitchen, bathroom, hallway, and balcony (the one in the kitchen) with me - however, I am often away for work and only in the apartment about 2-3 times a month. Most of the time, you have the entire apartment to yourself.
The large kitchen is equipped with modern appliances - including a new refrigerator with freezer and a new dishwasher (both replaced in 2024). A cozy dining area invites you to linger. The bathroom has a bathtub. In addition, a hallway with plenty of storage space offers additional comfort. A large cellar compartment and a communal washing tower are available.

The apartment features:
- your future room (approx. 24sqm) with its own balcony and bay window - this is currently still used as a living/working room
- a large kitchen (approx. 15sqm) with new appliances (refrigerator with freezer & dishwasher, both replaced in 2024) and a cozy dining area
- a bathroom with bathtub
- plenty of storage space in the hallway
- two balconies (one by the kitchen, one with direct and sole access to your room)
- a cellar compartment and a communal washing tower

Furnished or unfurnished:
The apartment or the room can be rented furnished or unfurnished - depending on your needs.

Top central! Only 2 minutes walk to the tram stop Stampfenbachplatz and 5 minutes to Zurich main station. Ideal for commuters and/or city lovers.

About me:
I (m, 31 years) am calm, uncomplicated, and very rarely on site - therefore you can expect a relaxed and quiet "WG" situation with plenty of privacy. Most of the time, you have the entire apartment to yourself.
