Single room for rent - 8050 Zürich, Schwamendingenstrasse

Hey there!
I'm looking for someone to sublet my cozy 15m² furnished room in our lovely flat in Zurich from June 1st to the end of September (with the possibility to extend or even join the contract afterward) because I will be out of town for at least 5 months

The room comes fully furnished with a bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, shelves, a coat rack, and a desk perfect for studying or working from home.

The apartment is on the 3rd floor (second to last) of a quiet, friendly building. It's spacious (100m²) and shared with two great flatmates, Mirco and Luca, both in their twenties, super chill, respectful, and easy to get along with.
You'll have access to:

• Two bathrooms (one with toilet, one with shower and sink)
• A fully equipped kitchen with balcony
• A bright living room with a second balcony
• Shared laundry in the building (no booking system, almost always free!)

Location is ideal:

• 5 min by tram / 10–15 min walk to UZH Irchel
• 20 min to ETH Höngg or Zurich HB by public transport
• 2 bus stops or 10 min walk to Oerlikon where you can find full of shops (Migros, Coop, Denner, Lidl...) and malls (Neumarkt, etc.)
