The room is a shared room in a 3.5-room maisonette apartment on the ground floor. The room is located on the lower floor and has its own bathroom (see location map). The two floors are connected by a staircase. The upper floor houses the shared living area and kitchen, as well as the outdoor seating area (evening sun) and a 20m2 terrace with lake view and morning sun. The apartment has its own washing machine and dryer and a cellar compartment.

Wädenswil train station is an 8-minute walk away and can also be reached by bus. The ZHAW is also about a 10-minute walk away. The residential environment is quiet and well-maintained. You immediately feel at home in the neighborhood.

I (27/f) am looking for a roommate who is quiet, reliable and responsible and appreciates their privacy. If you are interested in a weekly stay model, the rental costs would be lower.
