A room in our beautiful, cozy 3.5-room old-style apartment right by Irchelpark will be available on the 22th of July. The apartment has lots of charm: It's a bright old building with wooden floors, a spacious living room with enough space for shared meals or inviting friends over, and not to forget – kitchen with a dishwasher and a balcony with a view of the neighboring gardens. Your future room has oak parquet flooring and spacious built-in wardrobes that offer lots of storage rooms. You could also move into the larger living room. The rent for the room is CHF 2720 per month. Additionally, there is a security deposit of three months' rent (CHF 3450), which you'll of course get back when you move out. Now for the formal part: We're looking for someone who will co-sign the main lease with me – that means you'll become a joint tenant. For this, you either need a monthly income of at least three times the rent (i.e., CHF 3450), or someone (e.g., a parent) who will co-sign the lease as a guarantor.
