Single room for rent - 8048 Zürich, Saumackerstrasse

Hello everyone, i am looking for a new roommates for our beautiful and central 3-person shared flat. We are Yannick (25/M/Swiss) Fabrice (27/M/German).
Since our current roommate has finished his studies I am looking for a new person to join the apartment (Students or Professionals). Open communication and freedom are important to us. We should live together respectfully, cooking or sitting together would be nice but this is not a Party WG.

The WG has everything necessary (kitchen with dishwasher, fridge and freezer/ bathroom with toilet, bathtub and shower). Two washing machines, dryers and “Dry rooms” with flexible occupancy are available in the house, with which i have made good experiences. The apartment is central (3min to Altstetten train station with almost always open grocery shopping, 15min by bus to ETH Hönggerberg, 9min to HB by train, about 25min to Uni/ETH center by train and multiple bus stops within immediate vicinity).

The room is about 15m2 and costs 1200 CHF/month (utilities and internet already included).
The common spaces are cleaned by a cleaning service, this as well as the purchase of miscellaneous household items is shared evenly and costs approx. 65 CHF/month/person

The room comes furnished with a Desk, Chair and Wardrobe, only a Bed is required.
