Single room for rent - 6005 Luzern, Sälistrasse

I am traveling over the summer and renting out my beautiful room for sublet – ideal for three months in Lucerne from June 1 to August 31.

About the room:
The 14m² room in our old building apartment offers a lot of charm and coziness. It is furnished with a comfortable bed, a built-in wardrobe, storage space, and some plants that would appreciate a little care. Large windows bring in a lot of light, high walls and herringbone parquet create a warm, open living atmosphere.

About the apartment:
We live in a charming old building apartment with a modern kitchen, a nice bathroom, and plenty of space to feel comfortable. The highlight is the 40m² terrace with vegetables and herbs – perfect for sunny summer evenings. Additionally, there is a shared rooftop terrace with a great city view.

Living together:
You will live with a great roommate – calm, empathetic, and often out in the evenings as he works in a restaurant. The atmosphere in the apartment is relaxed, respectful, and open.

Who I am looking for:
I am looking for a responsible and cozy person for the three months who takes care of the apartment and the plants. If you are looking forward to a summer in Lucerne – a beautiful city with a lake, culture, and nature – you are exactly right here.

About me:
I am 37, work at a school, and love to travel, cook, read, and be active outdoors. I am open, social, and uncomplicated – just like the shared living situation I desire.
