We are renting a modern furnished non-smoking room of approximately 20 m² in a renovated old building in a 3-person shared apartment. The room is equipped with a bed, bedside table, desk, large wardrobe, armchair, and TV, and has its own balcony for private use.

The modern kitchen, bathroom with shower and toilet are shared with two roommates. The apartment is very quiet, just one minute from tram lines 6 - Allschwilerplatz - and 1 - Birmannsgasse. It takes about five minutes by bike to the university - library / cafeteria or Biozentrum and cantonal hospital. Numerous shops, cafés, pubs, parks, and a swimming pool are in the immediate vicinity.

Advantages: We offer flexible rental conditions, simple contract processing, flat-rate rent, cancellable at any time with a 14-day notice period to the end of the month. All additional costs such as heating, water, electricity, laundry room with washing machine and dryer are included in the rent.
