Beautiful room for rent for students only, Monday to Friday/Saturday only. Available from July 28th 2025, to October 31, 2025, more or less, dates to be agreed upon.

Simply furnished room in a secure shared student apartment with a large kitchen/dining room and shared toilet/bathroom, as well as a living room equipped with a TV. The roommates are very friendly and respectful; there are both girls and boys between 19 and 25 years old.

The common areas are very clean, as they are cleaned daily by housekeepers. There is a laundry room in the basement with a rechargeable laundry card that I can top up at your expense (approximately CHF 1.50 per wash).

Excellent rental in downtown Lausanne, a stone's throw from the Flon metro station, and shopping centers.

I'm looking for a clean and tidy student (because I'm leaving some of my belongings behind) to sublet my room from Monday to Friday/Saturday (by arrangement) because I'm home on weekends.
