I'm looking for a new roommate for our beautiful 5-room old building apartment on Schützengasse.
Currently, we are two people living here, but my roommate is unfortunately moving on; it would also be possible for a couple to move in.
We share 135 m², with a total of 5 rooms (living room, dining room, music room/office). The apartment has 2 bathrooms, a spacious kitchen, a balcony with views of the Alps, a garden, and a shared property with a vegetable garden. It’s a renovated old building with beautiful parquet floors.
Your bedroom would be 17 m², quiet, facing the inner courtyard. A dream!
I'm 36 years old, a musician, vegetarian, I love fresh vegetables from the market and am passionate about the small joys in life.
I'm looking for an open-minded, working person who enjoys and values shared living – someone who likes to cook, eat, garden, or share a drink together now and then, but also appreciates alone time. There’s plenty of space here for both!
The neighbor’s cat is a regular visitor!
Move-in date is flexible, ideally sometime from June or during the summer.
Rent is 1225,- for a huge living space.
