Single room for rent - 1201 Genève, Rue des Pâquis

I am looking for a person, I am renting a room in my apartment which is located in the Pâquis district next to the place des navegations. You will be 10m walk from the Cornavin train station and 3 minutes by bus (bus 1 and 25 and tram 15)

I am looking for a single person who has the papers to stay in Switzerland, no possibility to put the address in the mailbox

The room contains a desk, a double bed, a wardrobe, and a mini fridge

Common space: separate toilets and bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, you will also have the possibility to put your products in a large fridge located in the kitchen and in a cupboard

Total price of 900frs includes cleaning and products provided by me for the washing machine and general cleaning of common areas (cleaning of common areas is done twice a week)

I ask for a one-month rent guarantee deposit and a photocopy of an identity document
