Rent: CHF 600.-
+ CHF 160.- Standard additional charges (water, electricity, heating)
+ CHF 150.-/month paid by each inhabitant for the following cohabitation services:
=> Common areas: 200m2 (cafeteria, multi-purpose room, laundry room, gardens, lounges...) shared with 20 other eco-inhabitants each having their own private accommodation
=> wifi, taxes (SERAFE, ECA)
=> Homemade soaps and detergents with 24/7 laundry room
=> 4 organic-vegetarian buffet meals per month, prepared by a cook (choice among 8 dates per month)
+ CHF 100.- for part of your monthly food:
=> 24/7 grocery store for residents with basic products (spices, flours, eggs) and organic vegetables directly from the local producer, as well as vegetables from the permaculture vegetable garden


+ Request for contribution to the collective: 12h/month (8h from the 2nd year).

Contribution type: stewardship for: vegetable garden, soap making, cleaning common areas, as needed.

Total Rent + Charges + cohabitation services: CHF 1010.-

+ Furnished option CHF 25.-/month

It is a cooperative housing co-ownership, without real estate speculation. Rents are at cost price.

All tenants are therefore also co-owners; they must invest funds in social shares (returned at the end of their lease), the amount depends on the m2 of their private accommodation. If you have no assets, you can take your 2nd pillar or mandate us to find the funds for you.
