Single room for rent - 1018 Lausanne, Rue De La Borde

Hi!

I am freeing up my room starting July 1, 2025, in a shared apartment located at Rue de la Borde 65, very close to the center of Lausanne.

You will share the apartment with Inès and Esther, two students in their twenties. The atmosphere is calm and studious, but we also enjoy moments of exchange and discussion when the opportunity arises.
We are looking for a flatmate, female only, ideally also a student.

About the room:

- Approximately 12 to 15m², furnished (single bed, mattress, wardrobe, desk - possibility to replace the furniture if desired)

- Rent: 600 CHF/month

- Charges: about 50 to 60 CHF/month

The apartment:

- 4.5 rooms: 3 bedrooms, living room, equipped kitchen, shared bathroom

?Wifi and washing machine available and included in the charges
