I am renting out my room in a shared accommodation of two people in Chavannes-Près-Renens, located 5 minutes from Renens train station and the M1 metro (5 min by metro from EPFL/UNIL) and close to shops. The apartment is bright, in a quiet neighborhood and is available as soon as possible.

The apartment is to be shared with a 21-year-old student and the room is preferably for a girl.

The room is about 12m2 and has a balcony connecting all the other rooms of the apartment.

The apartment consists of two bedrooms, a bathroom with a bathtub, a fully equipped kitchen, and a large balcony.

Laundry room and washing machine available in the building

The rent is 630CHF per month excluding electricity which is to be paid quarterly.
