Single room for rent - 8702 Zollikon, Rosenweg

We have two rooms to rent at Rosenweg in Zollikon. Each room is 14m2 and unfurnished. One room costs 900.-/month including all additional costs and cleaning. If someone wants to rent both rooms it costs 1700.- including everything. Bus stop just around the corner. We are a married couple aged 60 and have two dogs. My husband lives alone in the apartment only from Wed-Sat because our main residence is in Orselina. I come once a month for 4 days with our two dogs. The apartment is 120m2 and is airy and bright. The living and dining room as well as the kitchen is equipped and furnished. We share the bathroom, but there is a second toilet available. If anyone is interested please contact us soon.
