Single room for rent - 4058 Basel, Rebgasse

We are looking for a new roommate starting in July or August for our shared apartment in a large old town house in Kleinbasel between Clara and Wettsteinplatz.
We are a couple in our 40s, both architects, with 2 children (12 years, 2.5 years). Additionally, a social worker lives in the house as a weekly resident.
A 20 m2 room will be available in the house. It could be suitable for a single person, a couple, or a single parent. The monthly rent is 850.- (for a single person). There is also the possibility to rent an additional room with an internal connecting door.
The spacious 9-room house also offers various communal areas such as a dining room, living room, large sunny terrace, cozy garden, etc. All rooms have wooden floors and some are adorned with ceiling stuccos.
The room is unfurnished but could be equipped with a few simple pieces of furniture if needed.
