The apartment includes a large kitchen, a living room, one full bathroom, and an additional half-bathroom (toilet and sink) that you'll share with two easy-going housemates in their early 30s. It’s ideally situated just a 5-minute walk from Riponne and Bessières metro stops, about 15–20 minutes from Lausanne train station, and less than 10 minutes from the CHUV.
The rent includes all charges, and a two-month deposit is required.
