Single room for rent - 5004 Aarau, Neuenburgerstrasse

In our 4.5-room apartment in the beautiful Telli district in Aarau, a furnished room (approx. 3.5 x 5.5 m) is available.
The room is bright, cozy, and nicely furnished with a bed, desk, and wardrobe. It is located somewhat away from the other rooms, which provides additional privacy. The location is quiet and offers a nice view of greenery.
The apartment is generously laid out and has a shared living room with a large dining table as well as a fully equipped kitchen. There are two bathrooms - one with a bathtub, sink, and toilet, the other with a sink and toilet.
A washing machine and dryer are also available in the apartment. The connection to public transport is very good, and shopping facilities are nearby.
The price includes utilities, Wi-Fi, the use of the washing machine, dryer, and all kitchen appliances in the apartment.
We are a small, warm family - a single mother who works full-time and two sons aged 10 and 12. We are respectful, quiet, and open - and look forward to a friendly person who fits well with us.
The move-in date is negotiable.
We are looking for a reliable, quiet person who is considerate and maintains a respectful interaction.
Ideally, you are employed and/or in training.
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed, and non-smokers are preferred.
