Single room for rent - 8006 Zürich, Möhrlistrasse

We are looking for a temporary flatmate for June 1st to September 14th 2025. The moving date might be flexible, possibly within the first two weeks of June and the first two weeks of September. The fully furnished room is on the first floor with around 14 sqm and afternoon sun. The ground floor is a common area with a big dining and living room. Through the kitchen, you can enter our beautiful garden where we spend a lot of time in the summer and the cold time around the fire pitch. But the pictures say way more;)
The house is located in Kreis 6. The next tram stop and a Denner are just around the corner, and for Coop and Migros, it's only a 10-minute walk. By bike, it's around 7-8 minutes to the main train station, and by tram, around 12. The Famous Monte Diggelmann, with its nice view over the city and the start of the Züriberg forest, is only 10 minutes on foot.
Your flatmates would be Alicia, Rodri, Mathieu, Constance and Alexia. We're Spanish, French, and Belgian/Russian and all in our early 30's. Alicia is a biologist who loves to decorate the house, dance, and always has a smile on her face. Rodri loves biology-related stuff, lately, mushrooms have been his top hobby together with Japanese culture any nature-related activity like biking, hiking, climbing, and skiing. Mathieu works in a startup building electrical airplanes and likes Lindy Hop, baking the best pizza and all sorts of outdoor stuff. Constance is a PhD student, who enjoys the Swiss mountains during the weekends, and recently started river kayaking when she is not travelling in Madagascar for her fieldwork. Alexia works in an environmental conservation and restoration NGO, working from home. When she is not working, she is really into anything outdoors and mountains, from hiking, cycling and climbing or you will see her doing pilates somewhere in the house.

We enjoy spending time together whether just for spontaneous dinners/chats, brunches, or occasional bike and hiking trips. It's important to us that you're open-minded and friendly. We are looking for someone interested in contributing to the WG life and taking care of the old but charismatic house/garden so that everyone can feel at home.
The rent is 984 CHF including all costs and the deposit is one month's rent.
