We are looking for a cheerful, tidy person to take care of my room while I am traveling. I will be away from the end of September to the end of December. By arrangement, you could possibly move into the room a bit earlier.

You will share the apartment with Chiara (22). Our cohabitation is very uncomplicated and familial. We appreciate each other's company but also respect each other's privacy. This is the atmosphere Chiara wants to maintain during my absence.
