3 different rooms with 12m2 for 490.-- / 13m2 for 500.-- and 14m2 for 510.-- including additional costs. Each room has its own washbasin in the room. The bathroom/shower/WC is located on the same floor for communal use by 4 parties.

Important: There are no cooking facilities - cooking in the rooms is prohibited. Additionally, due to the communal use of the bathroom/WC, we can only consider male applicants. We are also looking for long-term tenants, please no applications for short-term engagements. Thank you
