In our apartment (shared flat), a room will be available for rent from the end of June 2025 until June 30, 2026. This room will be furnished and offers, in addition to 17.2 m2 and a large king-size box-spring bed, a walk-in closet of 4m2. The bathroom with a freestanding bathtub and rain shower, as well as two sinks with spacious mirror cabinets and drawers, will be shared with another roommate. The apartment is located on a hillside with a large living-dining area and an open kitchen equipped with all household appliances (dishwasher, air fryer, Kitchenaid, etc.) that one could wish for. A highlight is the 20m2 terrace with lake view, where wonderful sunrises, sunny breakfasts, and evenings with barbecues can be enjoyed. A study room for shared use and a laundry room in the apartment including a dryer are also available. Right next to the apartment is a craft cellar with all imaginable tools for DIY and repairs.
Additionally, there is the possibility to rent a parking space, as well as a car (Skoda Fabia) for an extra fee.
The apartment is inhabited by two cuddly cats suitable for allergy sufferers, so unfortunately, no own pets are allowed.
The rental price includes additional costs. This includes heating, water, electricity, internet, and TV, as well as the cleaning of the apartment, which is done by a vacuum robot and every two weeks by a cleaning professional.
