In our 5.5-room apartment (156 m2), a shared room is available for rent from 20.06.2025 or by arrangement for a limited period of just over a year (until 30.06.2026). The 13 m2 room will be rented unfurnished, but we can provide a wardrobe for the rental period if desired. The bathroom with a freestanding bathtub and rain shower, as well as two sinks with spacious mirror cabinets and drawers, will be shared with a roommate. The apartment is located on a hillside with a large living-dining area and an open kitchen equipped with all household appliances (dishwasher, air fryer, Kitchenaid, etc.) that one could wish for. A highlight is the 28 m2 terrace with lake view, where wonderful sunrises, sunny breakfasts, and evenings with barbecues (gas grill available) can be enjoyed. A study for shared use and a laundry room with a tumbler in the apartment are also available. Right next to the apartment is a craft cellar with all imaginable tools for DIY and repairs.

The rental price also includes additional costs. This includes heating, water, electricity, internet, and TV, as well as the cleaning of the apartment, which is done by a vacuum robot and every two weeks by a cleaning professional.

The apartment is inhabited by two cuddly cats suitable for allergy sufferers, so unfortunately, no pets are allowed.
