I'm looking for a new flatmate for a spacious 16m² room in our shared apartment. (2 people flat)
We'd prefer if you could take over the furniture, but this can be discussed.

• Rooms: 3.5 rooms
• Rooftop terrace: Huge 160 m² rooftop terrace with breathtaking views
• Bathroom: Large bathroom with two sinks, separate shower, and bathtub
• Laundry: Private washer and dryer in the apartment

About your future flatmate:
I'm Marie (29), and I've been living in Zurich for a year. I work in sales. I'd describe myself as an easygoing and active flatmate. I enjoy spending time with friends, doing sports, any kind of outdoor activities, or simply relaxing with a good book.
In a shared flat, I look forward to a friendly atmosphere, occasional cooking together, an easygoing relationship, and having space for everyone to retreat when needed.

Location:
The apartment is in Thalwil, just 5 minutes from the train station. From there, you have excellent connections to Zurich (10 minutes) and Zug (15 minutes).
