Single room for rent - 8302 Kloten, Holbergstrasse

Hi there!
I'm renting out a room in my bright and spacious 4.5-room flat. You'll be the only other person living here – no other tenants. The flat has two bathrooms and a large terrace that's perfect for relaxing or enjoying some fresh air.
I'm preferably looking for a female tenant who is tidy. The initial rental period would be for 6 months, with the possibility to extend it to an unlimited period if it's a good match for both sides.
A bit about me: I'm 40 years old, working as an IT engineer. I enjoy cycling, playing basketball, mountain skiing, and riding my motorcycle. I'm often not at home, so you'll have a good amount of peace and privacy.
