We, Eric🇮🇪 (25), Alex 🇧🇷🇨🇭(30) and Aylwin 🇸🇪 (31) are looking from a new flat mate to take over the 4th room in our lovely flat. The room is available immediately, but at the latest we would like to find someone before the end of may. The flat is located near Hardplatz (10 Min. from HB). It's a spacious two floor flat and we have our own 360 degree rooftop terrace with a view over Zurich.
Your room measure around 11m2, for the price of 1050.- a month. You would share the bathroom with only one person, Alex.
We are very openminded and easygoing, uncomplicated and we enjoy gathering around for a glass of wine, a dinner or BBQ on the rooftop from time to time but also respect everyone privacy and alone-time.
