I am looking for a female roommate (non-smoker) for my 3-room apartment in a quiet yet central location in Wädenswil. The room is 14 square meters and furnished (open wardrobe, bed, chest of drawers). A laundry room with washing machine and dryer is available for shared use with the other parties in the house. The apartment is just a few minutes' walk from the train station, various shops and the lake. Zurich main station is reachable from Wädenswil station in 20 minutes and there is a direct connection to the airport. Female applicants who speak German or Spanish only please (because I don't speak English).
