I am renting a 22 sqm room by arrangement. The bright apartment (3.5 rooms with balcony) is already furnished and fully equipped and would be for shared use.

The apartment is a few minutes' walk from the train and 2 minutes from bus stops.

I am looking for a female roommate (30 to 40 years) who is decent and wants to live in a quiet environment.
I work every day until 27:00, household cleaning is very important to me. I enjoy sports, reading books, etc.
