The beautiful and open living and dining room is already furnished and fully equipped and would be for shared use. There is also a large balcony. If desired, an underground parking space could be rented additionally. There is also a washing machine and dryer in the apartment.
The additional costs would include electricity, internet, heating, and water. There would be no further costs.

The apartment is just a few minutes' walk from Kreuzlingen train station, Lake Constance, and Constance.

I, male, mid-40s, will be studying again from September and am looking for or am open to anything from a weekly resident to a roommate (shared cooking, game nights, etc.). Whether male or female does not matter.
