?It is a 76m2 apartment, 3 rooms, the room to take over is 12m2, there is a large living room with an open kitchen, a large balcony with a panoramic view of the mountains and the Chablais end of Lake Geneva, bathroom with bathtub and separate WC, building next to the forest, 10 minutes walk from the funicular that goes up and down to Vevey in 12 minutes. There is a large cellar and the laundry room is usable several days a week. Outdoor parking space available for rent for 70chf. 2 cats live with us.
